Carrington Cardio is a 50 minute high-intensity workout that improves cardiovascular fittnes and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of full body exercises and provides a non-stop challenge to help you achieve results.

Serena Strength is a 50 minute workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build muscle. This workout utilises barbells, dumbbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to target all major muscle groups.

Bolt Cardio (Wednesday)

Bolt Cardio is a 50 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of full body exercises in a fast paced circuit style.

Mamba Strength (Thursday)

Mamba Strength is a 50 minute workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build muscle. This workout utilises barbells, dumbbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to target all major muscle groups.

Game Day Tester (Friday)

The Game Day tester is a 50 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build your competitive edge with a partner or solo. These sessions will challenge you both mentally and physically.

Whānau Fit (Monday 4pm)

Whānau Fit is designed around allowing our kids to train alongside Māmā and Pāpā, and have some fun doing so. Whānau Fit is focussed on body weight movements, fun games, and getting the whole whanau active together.

Icons Foundation class is a 50 minute workout, designed to help people joining the gym feel more comfortable. For those who are wanting to learn technique, injury prevention or take a little more time to practice in a stress free environment, this class is perfect for you.
